Uk Chancellor Rishi Sunak announced that homebuyers will not have to pay stamp duty on homes worth up to £500,000, with measures lasting unitl 31st March 2021 in England and Northern Ireland, (exemptions apply). Stevenson & Cumming welcomed this initiative which over the last number of months have kept the property market busy, even in these Covid-19 times. Will this be extended?
