Instruct Stevenson & Cumming to Source Property: We will discuss in more detail your property requirements and preferences and timeframe for your move. It is important at this stage to confirm your buyer status and funding, as this is required in negotiations on your behalf. You will be asked to sign Stevenson & Cumming's Sourcing Contract detailing our Professional Service & Fee.
